Description
This is the cross body lead where the lead steps in front of the follow on 1 and, puts slight pressure on the follows back with their right hand and then pulls the follow to the left hand side on 5,6,7.
Follower tips
- It is important to set backwards on 1, wait for the pressure on the back from the lead, then step around to the left side of the lead. It is a common mistake for new follows to move too soon.
- The follow should also put their left hand up on 1 and momentarily grasp the left shoulder of the lead as the follow steps back on 1.
